Sweden – In order to build a portfolio of 672 MW of Swedish wind power, a partnership between Eolus and Hydro REIN has been formed and all necessary conditions have been met.
According to the agreement signed by Eolus and Hydro REIN, a joint venture will be formed to develop and realize a 672 MW Swedish portfolio owned by Eolus. For the partnership, Hydro REIN purchased 50% of the portfolio.
Eolus and Hydro REIN have formed a joint development and implementation partnership for nine early-stage wind power projects. In accordance with the partnership agreement, payment was made.
The projects are expected to be completed between 2027 and 2032 if all necessary permits are obtained.
