The Netherlands – KBR has been awarded a contract to provide professional services to Shell Global Solutions International for the development of hydrogen liquefaction.
KBR will provide technical solutions as part of concept studies to advance large-scale hydrogen liquefaction technology – an alternative method for long-distance renewable energy transport. Liquid hydrogen (LH2) is also a versatile energy solution for a wide range of end uses such as mobility, power generation, industrial and domestic heat, and molecular end use markets.
