CGG and C-Questra team up to fast-track carbon capture

France– CGG and C-Questra have signed commercial agreement to accelerate the development of carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) projects.

CGG brings to the table over 15 years of experience in CCUS, including advanced data analysis, geological characterization, and monitoring technologies, providing invaluable insights throughout the CCUS lifecycle, from identifying suitable storage sites to monitoring injected CO2. C-Questra boasts a skilled team with proven expertise in CO2 sequestration.

CGG’s primary objective is to provide C-Questra with the expertise and technological firepower needed to expedite the development of critical carbon storage projects, particularly in France.
