United Kingdom – To support the construction of a 14GW+ pipeline, the global investment firms Carlyle and GIC are making investments in Eneus Energy, a company that develops green ammonia projects.
Eneus is one of a select group of pioneers for industrial scale production facilities in a global market for green hydrogen and/or ammonia that is anticipated to expand rapidly through 2050 as the top economies in the world implement their “net zero” carbon strategies. Green ammonia serves as both a significant, economically advantageous energy vector for the storage and transportation of green hydrogen and a zero-carbon fuel in and of itself.
Worldwide projects
Eneus has gained significant knowledge and connections in the industry since its founding in 2013 and can provide profitable green ammonia production sites. With the committed capital, Eneus will be able to develop a portfolio of green ammonia projects across the globe.
